The 137 was created to be a fun board in gusty or choppy conditions. The length helps smooth out the chop while the width will keep you throwing spray through the lulls. When it becomes time to throw it down the board feels light and nimble and will hold an extreme edge. The bottom shape has concave in the center and transitions to flat before the tail. This bottom shape gives the rider all the up wind ability they need but will break loose in a heart-beat when weight is shifted to the tail. The concave is great for getting upwind and the flat will keep you planing. The foot strap placement and handle inserts can be customized for you.
